You create much more in your life than you know, you create just about everything in your reality.
One of your main tools for manifesting your reality is how you think about a thing.

What do you think about your life, your self and your surroundings?
Is it the way you think about it?

But many of us think that our thought is a reaction of what is surrounding us. I challenge that thought.

What if what surrounds us is a product of our thought about it?

Change the thought and the surroundings will follow.

A professor visited a Roshi (Zen master) to learn about Zen. The professor was more interested in talking and trying to impress the Zen master than in learning. The Roshi poured tea into the professor's cup and continued pouring until it was overflowing. The professor alarmingly said, "The cup is full and cannot receive any more!" The Zen master calmly replied, "As you are are full of preconceived ideas and opinions. To learn, you must first empty your cup."
-A popular Zen story -

Most of us still live within the Matrix. Believing circumstances happen to us, going along with what the world give to us.

Everything that we know as reality, exists in our perceptions.

We all know in reality the force of gravity will pull you down toward earth if you would happen to fall. what if you were surrounded by a fluid like substance that was heavier than you were, the force of gravity would seem to pull you up. So does gravity pull down heavy objects or does it push up light objects?

What if I looked at the sky and called it blue, but was really seeing what you see as red and I've seen it that way all my life, just everybody called it blue. So I too, call it blue. So I could see it as red and you see it as blue. We both call it blue, but we both see very different colors. So is blue the color you see? Or just the perception of that form of energy? To top it off the color blue is actually the lack of the ability to absorb the blue light spectrum, blue itself contains no blue, that part of the light spectrum is reflected off.

Do you think this is a computer screen you are looking at? Do you think these are words you are reading? What you are perceiving as a computer screen and words are electrical signals sent to your brain from your eyes. What we call sound is waves of air pressure we perceive with the use of ear drums, these movements in our ear drums produce electrical signals sent to the brain.
Each of us creates our day based on how we perceive it. If we expect to have a bad day, we tend to look for ways that it is bad. Thereby creating what we expected, sometimes created just because of the expectation. An expectation is an idea that something will happen before it has, but almost accepting it has already happened. Expectations create not just our daily reality but also subtle levels of reality itself. The mind has a state of "how this is", even if it is not that, it will soon become it, at least in our own personal reality.
How we perceive something creates what it is, in our reality and in the reality of others. Change your perceptions on existence and you will literally change the world.
Is what your reading right now really here?
What if you're dreaming? How would you know your not? Because you don't remember the waking world from before this dream?

Is this real?

Can a dream be real?

Do these words really exist? Is this just a part of my dream?
Normally when I dream I'm not aware of the waking world, throwing bits a pieces of the waking world into my minds creation of the dream. But I still go about the dream as if the laws of the waking world don't apply. The more I realize I'm dreaming the more able I am to change the dream to my desire. Entering a state of Lucid dreaming where I am in control of the dream.
Perhaps it is possible that I am something other than I know and see myself as now, perhaps I am really some mind somewhere dreaming what I call reality. This is a pretty realistic dream. But if I don't remember the before this dream world, then how would I know what realistic really is? Are these people around me a figment of my dream? Or are they minds somewhere else also? Do we all have this same dream within the Matrix?
If we don't live in a matrix then perhaps I'm just dreaming you up.
Or you just made me up in your mind so you could read this and I could tell you one single thing.....

YOUR DREAMING
You're in a lot more control than you think you are.

Albert Einstein said:
Physical concepts are free creations of the human mind, and are not, however it may seem, uniquely determined by the external world. In our endeavor to understand reality we are somewhat like a man trying to understand the mechanism of a closed watch. He sees the face and the moving hands, even hears its ticking, but he has no way of opening the case. If he is ingenious he may form some picture of a mechanism which could be responsible for all the things he observes, but he may never be quite sure his picture is the only one which could explain his observations.

Simply put, be open to possibilities. Throughout the ages all new science seems to have been regarded as magic or impossible by many.
